I am extremely upset with Cell C. I asked for a statement and all of a sudden it has my maiden surname of Smit and I am Mr instead of Mrs. I have been married for 3 years and changed this with cell c then. I asked them to change my residential address 3 months ago and this was also not updated. Now they tell me I, the client, must wait another Month to get the correct statement. This is utter nonsense. I need that statement to be corrected today and emailed to me. This can be done. Why should I wait another 30 odd days when I gave them the correct detail 3 years ago!!! And my address more than 3 months ago
