Please read what I asked for before sending everyt

I complaind about having tried to change my MFC statement into my married name, having it sent to the postal address and changing my physical address to be correct. So Sally changes my details into my MAIDEN name, sets to send everything by e-mail and still has not changed my physical address. Oh dear, please read all the correspondence before you make changes...

Do not phone me - only correspond by e-mail. And when I phone you you yell at me... and interrupt me
