Me and my hubby went to upgrade our laptop package. Wen we got there we asked the person helping us if there is going to be any hidden costs to the upgrade. He said no. When we started the upgrade we asked alot of questions to make sure we get what we are looking for. Somewere in die middel of everything we asked what our premium is going to be at the end of January (as we did the upgrade the 1 des 2013), and the gue said R299.00 from the end of january. That sounded good, so we went on with the upgrade. End of January came and it was R629.00, we phoned the service provider and they said we stil, have to pay for the old package even if we were due for an upgrade. We went back to the store and the guy said that he explained that we have to pay that amountfor the next 4 months. We then called is boss and they saix that all that was also explained in the contract that we signed. Well we got a copy of the contract but a month after we upgraded, so we never so it and he never explained it to us. As most people we trustet the guy and just signed we he said we should, after all, he dit answer all our questions. Hahaha, what a joke. We have to make that payments and we can do nothing
