I upgraded my Mtn contract at the begging of December of last to a contract that is less then what I use to Pay.
Mtn then decided to double debit my account for December and January without even even letting me know. I then called them before the end of January asking them when my next debit order of the new contract amount would be, I was told to call on the 20th of February to confirm.
I then got an SMS from Mtn asking me to pay R475.00. Now how can I do that if I already paid them R600.00? When I try and call them their lines are always blocked. It's nothing but problems with this service provider. I am definitely ending my contract once these two years are up.
Very angry and frustrated customer!!!
