Vodacom Signal Suddenly Shocking in Rayton

I have two Vodacom contracts in my name, one is used by my wife the other by her brother. I also have a Vodacom number I use in a Modem. I live in Rayton (Cullinan). I took out the contracts because Vodacom service was the best in our area.

Suddenly 3 weeks ago the signal (quality of the connection) became shocking. My wife is alone with a small baby. I need to be able to get hold of her, or she of me. Not even sms's seem to go through and when they do it is hours later.

My wife phone Vodacom 2 weeks ago, about this issue, as of yet there has to be an improvement.
I have a large volume Cell c contract and need to upgrade, I was hoping to rather to take out a Vodacom contract when I upgrade, but certainly wont move to Vodacom if their signal quality doesn't improve in the Rayton area.

This morning I couldn't even log in to the Vodacom network with my Modem, the
signal was too bad.

The Vodacom signal quality in Rayton was much better than the other service suppliers, that's why I took out the 2 contract with Vodacom, I certainly wont do so again, if this issue is not resolved.
