It has taken 5 days instead of the origionally promised 3 days to have my contract approved. I am still waiting. Leaving a customer who is bringing you money waiting is the best way to lose customers. No one at MTN has an answer as to why it might take so long to have a contract approved, also, no one knows who can be spoken to with such problems. Your staff need training and you need better systems. I applied in store, however, upon phoning they are unable to advise me on the status of my account. SORT OUT YOUR UNTRAINED STAFF, THEY ARE COSTING YOU CUSTOMERS.
