I was called by Yello Mobile in November and agreed to a R299 deal for a laptop with modem. I returned the laptop to the Pavillion branch of MTN as instructed, within the cooling off period. On the 1st Jan I was billed R372.23. I called the customer line and spoke to Rehana on the 2nd Jan, who promised to get back to me and resolve the issue. Nothing happened. So I went into the Pavillion branch and was told that they needed the tracker number as proof that the laptop was actually sent, but the lady who does that was on leave. The lady assured me that she would resolve everything. Come 01 Feb, and I was billed R299. I went back to the MTN service centre. this time the manager seemed to get some sort of resolution going. However he asked me to deal direct with 808 (billing) So I call billing and am told that the account is TEMPORARILY suspended. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. i am being charged for something i have never used and certainly do NOT have. Each time I call, I am shoved from pillar to post and ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Does ANYBODY know what is going on there??
