I signed up for a anytime 200 contract moving from vodacom (wrong decision). It takes them days to get approval. I changed my mind while waiting for approval and wanted to sign up for anytime 350.One of the sales consultants told me that when the contract gets approved, I just need to tell them and they would change it immediately. So when it got approved, I told them about the change. I then needed to fill out a migration form and they said this might take several days. So I decided to wait as Innocentia advised me that if I take the phone now it will be activated on 200 so rather wait for the 350 contract to be approved. However, the next day my SIM was ported and I couldnt use my phone. The 350 contract took 5 working days to be approved and I had no phone for 7 days which was a huge inconvenience especially regarding work commitments. So then when the 350 contract was approved, I went in to fetch my phone and to realise that my phone was activated on the 200 package. Now I have to wait until next month for it to be activated on the 350 package. So I couldve just taken the 200 package in this first place without the inconvenience as Im still in the same boat now. These sales ppl need training!
