2 months waiting for a phone they lost

I went in on 6th Dec 2013 to get my phone, torch 9810, repaired. The first thing they told me was that the phone was blacklisted, which I didn't do, so i must UN-black list it before i can get it repaired. i didnt have time to sit on the phone and dont have a fax machine. Imraan then stepped in, said i must leave the filled in form and the phone and they will sort it out. no documentation was given to me to prove that i had done this. When i went back to them on 6 Jan 2014 it took them a while to realize who i was, and once they finally got that right a week had gone by. they kept telling me that they were looking for the phone but this information was only given to me when i actually went into the branch. when i went in 2 weeks ago i went looking for Imraan and told he was coming. 15mins later i got tired of waiting so left and came back 5mins later, at which point i was told that he was out. last week when i went in he could come out to see me, he spoke to me over the phone while i was standing in the store, again after me going in to ask. now i must wait some more for head office to decide that the phone really is lost so they can possibly replace it with a torch 9800
