NO PHONE - NO NOTHING

I've been a MTN customer for years and yonks. Renewed/upgraded my contract in June 2012. Got the BB Torch.By end November, problems began. Beginning of December took my phone back - not yet 6 months old! Waited and waited, and not the 4-7 days as I was told. Surprising. Eventually got a 'new' phone. Utter rubbish - wasn't new at all but someone else's 'refurbished' . Guess what? That same day, that didn't work either. The very next morning off I go back to the branch. At this point, I will mention that I live in Midrand and branch is in Centurion, SouthDowns Shopping Centre to be precise. Get there, and am told that they need my original box plus all attachments. On the verge of tears, I drive all the way back to Midrand and then all the way back to Centurion with everything. Leave it there. Told, again, 4-7 days. Have to keep calling. No joy. New phone declined.By now beside myself. Store Manager knows, will call. Still waiting. No new phone, no old phone, no nothing but the best part? I have a contract I pay for faithfully. Again, I have nothing to show for my contract and years of being a MTN customer. Disgusted and appalled. Don't even want to see a BB Torch!!!
