Im so disappointed in MTN.I have a Blackberry 9720 on contract with mtn.
I sent my phone for repairs as the lock button does not work, 10 working days later I recieved my phone back, but it was not fixed as they clain that the phone is warranty void.
when I sign my contract with MTN they said they phone is under a 24 month warranty.
what is the point of a warranty if i cannot fix my phone. I am a loyal MTN customer and really expected better sevice. I just want my phone to be fixed. Thats the reason I
took a phone on contract
