I went to renew my contract with mtn eastgate on 01/02/2014. i managed to get a new samsung S4. Wanted to put phone on insurance but didnt do that as there was an issue with their network
i went back the next day and was served with a different guy and manage to get the insurance. the guy captured my banking details and physical address incorrectly. i advise him that my banking details and physicall address are incorrect for the insurance. he also insured the incorrect simcard.
he said he will sort that out and up until now nothing has been done.
i want to take mtn to consumer protection council and canceal my contract as soon as possible.
last time it took them a week to do my sim swap.
