I have a brand new contract the line was only activated on Sunday the 1st. was told that I will be debit 48hrs after activation, debit order has still not gone off, on top of that when I took the contract out I was told that there is no activation fee but I am been charged for one, then today I get told that I must also pay R30 every month for the handset, upon phoning the sales department today and spoke to Mphumi she confirmed that there is no activation fee and also that the R30 is included in the instalment of R129. but not according to your billing department. so I need to have my debit order taken off plus I need to then be credit with R97 rand for the activation fee plus I need confirmation that I will not be billed R30 extra every month for the hand set. this is really not a good start for me with Vodacom, your sales team is excellent but there after well...
