The worst service one could ask for, No to Nashua

I cannot believe I am still under contract with this company. First it was incorrect billing ridiculous amounts, when that was sorted, then it was debit order cancellation which on their part was an error due to their billing errors, then it was debit order re-activation which I did not authorise and now they have billed me incorrectly.

And your customer care as well as credit department are they do not know what is going on.

I have had it with this company period.

I want my refund, I amended my contract payments to suit you guys and you have been screwing me over since then. Every month it is something new. I want to honour my contract agreement but you are making it hard, and for that I am contemplating taking you either to court under the CPA or just under contractual reasons. You have cost me a lot of money, small amounts accrued to my cheque account add up and even more I lose business every time you randomly choose to soft lock my phone.
I wont be renewing my contract.
