Last year August I brought it to Cell C's attention that their network was not available from both my primary and secondary home. Matter was investigated and confirmed by them as an issue. After more than two months of waiting to resolve this matter, they advised they would credit me for my monthly subscription (R1379) for one month (as they took so long to resolve) and would release me off the contract so I am ported to Vodacom who has coverage in both homes. Since porting in October, Cell C has continued to debit my bank account for no reason. I made telephonic contact and was thrown from pillar to post. I wrote to them asking for this to be resolved and all funds returned to me and no further debit orders to be sent to my bank - no one has bothered to come back to me. for January and December I had to ask the pay to manually unpay both these debit orders and I remain out of pocket for prior debits. Its shocking and disappointing to experience this from a network that failed you in the first place in terms of connectivity. I had 3 contracts at some stage with Cell C and at time of porting had two remaining contract. I hope through HelloPeter I can get some attention.
