I have this contract for just over a week now and already I am having problems!
My line was activated on the 21/10/2013, i was told my account would be debited 24 hours after activation. on the 22/10/2013 i received an sms from Vodacom saying my account would be debited that same day (22/10/2013) an amount of R170. today (30/102013) i received an sms saying my debit order was returned unpaid. i called in to the 0821946 number and was told by the lady the debit order went off on the 24/10/2013.by that date my account was empty, so now im told i have to pay a penalty of R100 which makes the total R270! how is this my fault if they messed up the debit order?? i was then told to go in store to sort it out, waited 20 minutes just to be told i must call the 0821955/50 number. when i called was transferred 3 times, when i eventually got to the right department, they were closed!? so now my account will be debited tomorrow 31/10/2013. i have to pay for their mistake? this is the second time Vodacom has done this to me, its why i left the network in the first place. I cancelled my contract with Cell C to come back over to Vodacom and this is what i get?
