UPGRADE NIGHTMARE

My wife and I where due for an upgrade on the 19th of December 2013. We went through to the Altech Autopage store in Vodaworld. We changed our contract packages to increase our talk time and data and sms bundle.and where advised that our contracts would be migrated from the 1st of January 2014. My wife also got promised a free car charge in the advert but there where none in the store. She got promised another free gift as soon as stock was available??

The above migration never happened and now my wife and I have a massive bill due for the end of February. I initially sent an email complaint on the 13th of January 2014 to [Email Removed] who till today have not replied. I phoned Altech Autopage on 0861234234 on the 29th of January 2014 and complained that I have not received any feedback. I then got a call on the 29th of January2014 from the person who assisted us in the store saying he would fix everything by Friday the 31st of January 2014. Eventually I decided on the 3rd of February to try and get hold of him via his direct cell number and the store number (the phone just rings or is engaged).

My only advice to anyone is don`t use Altech Atopage!
