During the month of August 2013 I upgraded my cell phone contract with vodacom at their west gate branch. I was using a blackberry torch before and switched to the samsung galaxy s4. I was assisted by a lady called Kyla. When I got a statement for the months of September and October I was billed for the BES AT R98.00 per month. In November I went to them and spoke to the manager by the name of Faizel. He promised to investigate the matter and come back to me in few days. This never happened. On Saturday the 1st September 2014 I went back to find out about the outcome. I was told the manager was in a meeting and was still going to contact me. I am disappointed at this type of service. It is disgusting.
