I have a 2 year cell phone contact with MTN. I was due for an upgrade effective 01 January 2014. On the 19 December 2013 I went in the MTN store at Mall@Reds to notify them that I wanted an upgrade from cell phone to a tablet. I have been going in store since the 02 January 2014 to collect my device and I keep getting the same story that they are out of stock. I have received my statement for the month of January 2014 with the upgraded fee and I still do not have this device. What exactly will I be paying for? Their service is appalling and they do not have a sense of urgency. I regret signing a contract with them.
