I am trying to cancel a telephone line. I first tried 3 months ago. I am still paying for a line, in a house I no longer live in. Today I have been on the phone for about 90 minutes, being told to "Thank you for holding. All our consultants are currently busy".
Does Telkom have any staff?
Why should I have to continue to pay for a line that I don't use, simply because you cant cancel it?
I can order services online, why cant I cancel them online? If I need to do it by phone, then you surely must have someone pick up the phone when I try? It is unreasonable to wait 90 minutes and not a single consultant picks up the phone.
This frustrating as I am being forced to pay for a service I don't need, yet TELKOM does not give me the effective ability to cancel it.
Other than pull my hair out, what I can I do here?
