Cancel Telkom Line

After Telkom refused to continue to supply fixed line serves to my area due to alleged cable, they provided a 3G option. Unfortunately this service is unavailable more often than it is available. I went to my local Telkom branch to cancel the service. They could not help, but did have a telephone in the branch that I could use to call the call center. As it is a business line, they required a letter and a copy of the members ID. I have both, and want to cancel it online but there does not appear to be any email or online facility on the web!! Given that the telkom phone service is still unavailable, how am I supposed to cancel the service??
Extremely frustrating to deal with a "technology" company that does not use technology to improve it's poor service.
