I have been trying to cancel my Business Telephone line and Internet services for the last 2 months with no luck. I have spoken to more than one consultant weekly after been holding for more than 30 minutes at a time, I have requested online that a telkom representative give me a call in order to cancel this service. I had a telkom representative call me only to say she has escallated my request to the correct department and a consulant will call me shortly. HUH?? Still waiting. What must you do to cancel your service? Not pay???!!! Maybe then you will get a call on what to do.
