I have often called Telkom to complain about my adsl being slow and have waited for up to an hour to get through and today was no different. Today I sat for 53 minutes before I got a consultant on the line and when I said that I want to cancel my internet service with Telkom the phone was put down in my ear... This is just another reason why I want to cancel my internet. Not only is my 2mb line so slow that I can hardly open a web page but every time I call I wait about 40 minutes to and hour to get through. I refuse to sit another 53 minutes to try and cancle my internet line so I would like Telkom to phone me before the end of today as I have to give a notice period of a month and would like to start with a new company by the end of the new month.
