I have been debited on a monthly basis, since November, for Character charges. As soon as I saw the charges, I went to the branch at Riverside NELSPRUIT to lodge a complaint, and to ask them to have the charges reversed. They could not tell me what they were for, but did say they would sort it out. At the end of Dec i was debited again. I have sent several e-mails to Mtn, but they continue to debit my ACC. I am still waiting for them to contact me. Every month I have to phone the bank to reverse the debit. The last reference no I received from Mtn was on 25Dec. Ref no 7424387. On 31 Jan they again debited me. This time for R 355.17. I am sick to death of their lack of service.
