No assistance after simswap went south

I did a simswap on 23 September. The guy in the Vodashop at Kolonnade centre told me I will be up and running in 3 hours. Something went wrong on their side and I locked a call that afternoon. I was told not to use my Phone (sim) for 24 hours. So that I did. After about 27 hours I tried to use my phone. All is working except I can not receive calls. Again I locked a call and was told it will be sorted. Nothing happened. After holding for more than 30 min I eventually got thrue to Cloe. She said she can see that 2 call were locked but are still pending. Not even looked at. I use my phone for business and can not receive calls as my phone number does not exist according to Vodacom. This means new clients will only phone once. Cloe said she will phone back but I still did not hear anything after a couple of hours. How do I get this matter solved?
