I purchased a contract phone NOKIA311 in Dec 2012, since then have I been to Vodacare 5 times, due to the same serious problems reoccurring where I miss calls, and the phone blocks out while using. After 5 times of back and forth Vodacom has only given me the option to replace the NOKIA311 with an much older model NOKIA500.all I want is a phone that actually works. After 1 week of using the NOKIA500, I have missed 3 calls and the phone blacked out twice while using. Are these phones just cheap phones or what is going on? How can you sell phones to people that gives problems immediately within the first week? I am seriously dissatisfied 1:because i didnt have a choice in my replacement phone being a NOKIA500 2:because after almost a year I still sit with a phone that DOESNT WORK 3:I have another full year to go on my 2 year contract with a phone that WONT WORK. What is Vodacom going to do to assist me here? I have waisted so much of my own airtime, petrol and energy on this matter, still to sit with a phone that DOESNT WORK.I refuse to settle for this, can I either stop my contract with Vodacom, or will they assist me with a phone that WORKS?
