I upgraded on my moms contract on Friday, i am not able to receive any phone calls, if i dial *100# it says" connection problem or invalid MMI code. if I call my cell from my landline it rings on the landline but nothing on my cell. My mom phoned the call center and they said there is no money on and that i should put it off and on. Did that... NOT FIXED! Phoned and the told me since my sim is working if i put it in my old phone its a out of box problem. Phoned Vodacom Brooklyn and they told me that if indeed its a out of box problem that they will take it and it will take 7 day's to recharge the account and then only can i upgrade "AGAIN"!! This is BULL!
its not my fault its broken!!! I had to wait a week for them to get the phone for me and when i got it its broken now i need to wait a week again... Horrible service!!!
