I have a Blackberry talk 100 contract with Vodacom and I took with that the Blackberry 9810.
In the beginning i did not have any issues with the phone but about 3 months into the contract the phone started to give me issue, it doesnt ring, I set an alarm to wake up in the morning and it never rangs, I cant make nor receive calls or emails, I get half sms, bbm wats app doesnt work, my calls record themselves and play back after i am done on the call, the network is extremely poor, the speaker doesnt work, I could go on and on.
I have had now 5 new phones, issued to me in less than 10 months and I am still not winning. I have asked if my contract can be upgraded then I get a different phone but no one wants to help me,
I think it is highly unfair to have me paying you guys for 24 months yet the phone does work..
How can Vodacom fix my problem?
Please could you email me a solution and not more problems.
