Ad service and respond to my damaged tablet

I purchased a Galaxy note in april 2013 and in august It switched off, took It for repairs in vodacom and ever since i have Been returning It every 2nd month for repairs ever since! i emailed the escalation department whilst My contract was within the 6month period to exchange the note but no answer..even now its bein repaired after another repair! they dont respond to, My complaint and yet every month they deduct their money but i have no tablet to use..its just not right, im meetin My end of the deal, they are not!!
