Sent my broken Acer tablet A500 in for repairs on 12/01/2013 - note, was in extremely good cosmetic condition, not a single scratch on it. Waited 8 weeks to get it back. On collection, found scratches on the body and on the screen, also noting that they had removed my very expensive screen protector!! It is now April and I still do not have a new tablet. Latest call I got was from a kind lady called Robyn, offering me my money back or a floor demo! I checked with Acer and they do have stock in SA of this product and it is still listed on their website. I want a new tablet immediately or this is going to the Consumer Protector.
