Fast to suspend your services

For a couple of months I couldn't pay my contracts on the last day of the month. But I made a plan to pay even if it was late. Now this month I paid all 4 my contract phones on the first of the month and they still disconnected 2 of my contract numbers. When I phoned early today they said it was a mistake on their behalf and still it made no difference and disconnected my phones. Now my account still shows that I'm in arrears due to debit orders that I have cancelled so I can pay cash.
