Good day

since the 24th Jan I have been getting calls from an "unknown number" at least 3 to 4 times a day. I have spoken to 3 different call centre agents, each giving me a different answer. Firstly I was told that I just needed to give the times of the calls, then I was told to go to the police station and then I was told it cannot be done as the system only shows what I do on my cellphone (which makes no sense because its my phone I should know what I am doing with it). Today I went to a Vodashop and the consultant also told me to go to the police station. The problem then comes that the police are not willing to assist and I am still being harassed. I find it very inconvenient to not be able to get the persons name and or number that is calling me and no one is willing to assist. Not Vodacom and not the SAPS either. I do not want to get calls from people who don't talk and then hang up at 7.30 in the morning, it is annoying and more annoying that the service provider is themselves unwilling to help.
