The e-tag lane has not been working for nearly 2 weeks at the Carnival toll gate in Brakpan. It is the east to west side of the toll gate. The whole point and only reason that I have an etag is to get through the toll gate without having to queue. I now find myself being caught up in the queues with people who do not have tags and this adds at least 10 minutes to my journey every day. With this kind of attitude to etag holders, what is the point of having an etag and still having to pay for going through the gantries on the Johannesburg ring road and paying toll fees where hundreds of thousands of people are not paying? Kindly resolve this asap.
