It has been more than eight months (JUNE 2013) since my first complaint about data coverage in my area REF no 6543472. I received a call from Thomas on the 14/01/2014 to assess the problem. Its now 03/02.2014... No feedback no excuse no promise no support no solution NO SERVICE... I have 4 lines active with MTN totaling in excess of R1000.00/month. that is beside the extra airtime purchased during the month. In order for me to get proper reception i either have to stand in my driveway or hang out my window. Can I take legal steps against MTN. I was told that my area has 3G coverage, I just about get EDGE... on my boundary. I am at my wits end. What should be a convenience has been a nightmare.
MTN YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC.
