How can I get the service I was promised?

I have just entered into a data contract with MTN for 2 gig data per month for 24 months. The problem is that the MTN data signal at my house has a maximum speed of "EDGE" whereas the coverage map shows the fastest speed is available in my area. I have spoken to the MTN Internet people and they referred me to the coverage department. I spoke to the coverage department and they referred me to the Internet department (classic buck passing).

Anyway the bottom line is that MTN are in breech of contract by not supplying me with high speed Internet. They must either fix the coverage problem of cancel the contract and refund my money.
