I would like to report once again that there is a problem with data coverage in the Centurion Highveld area. This has been a recurring trend since October last year.
I have written to the Coverage department of MTN a number of times and when I am not getting a rude response when trying to explain that there is a problem with data coverage in the area, I always find myself in a debate in trying to convince them there is indeed a problem in the area.
The turn around time is also appalling considering that the area is heavily populated with residences and businesses. Considering that my (and everyone else's) subscription fee is not adjusted depending kind of service you guys provide, I would really appreciate it if you can finally get your act together and finally fix data coverage problems plaguing the area.
