Im writting on behalf of my mother, Thandiwe Patricia Shongwe. She is a 60 year old who is being frustrated and swindled by Cell C. Her contract expired back in 2012 and to this day her account is still being debited. I last faxed a contract cancelation on the 17/10/2012 and they don't stop with the debited orders.
On some months they will put in 85.00 airtime and debit 175.00. The handset she got from is old and she never renewed it. I would like to have this looked into as this is affecting her health. This is a pensioner and the little she has is taken by such a big company. This is really unfair.
Can some one call me and tell us how and when are they going to sort this out.
