My son was in tears on the 28 december regarding the billing on his account because he thought he breached my trust regarding his account. Michael said he will phone me back, he didn't. Went back spoke to Jade, she said she will phone me back and didn't. I asked for the owner number, I phoned Tim Mitchel and left a message and he didn't phone me back. So shame on you Vodacom, Vodacom Blue Route and Tim Mitchel.
