Hi, i have just been informed that my account has been suspended for non-payment, further more that because the debit order was run and returned twice, i have been levied an additional R200. All of this would be fine and well if i had't bothered notifying vodacom of change of banking particulars. I have been into the blue route mall branch on 4 separate occasions and called in the call center 3 times, each time to be assured that 'now this time, this will definitely be processed and we apologize for it not happening sooner'. Considering I changed my bank account over a year ago, this is truly shocking and i now can not use my phone until this is resolved!!! What truly appalling service!
