Verbal attack by superviser at Vodacom Blue Route

I have had a contract with Vodacom for many years now, and the service and attitude at Vodacom Blue Route Mall is the worst ever. My handset that was issued to me with my upgrade had a problem, long story short, when it was scanned in, it read that it was out of warrantee. The handset had been in for the same problem soon after my upgrade and they had obviously replaced mine with a refurbished one. I had my original box and Imei number, and the staff member at Vodacom assured me she would get the proof of purchase from Constantiaberg where I got the handset originally. Two weeks down the line she had failed to do so, and I drove to Constantiaberg to do this myself, then back to Blue Route with proof. Upon asking for her supervisor, I saw the immediate attitude of all the staff change, the gentleman that was supposed to call the supervisor, told the staff member responsible, and they were glaring me down. The supervisor came out shouting at me that " I must get my facts straight" as well as I should have gone to Constantiaberg in the 1st place. Why did they take my handset in at all then? He was so rude, not listening to my full story, when in fact I had all proof with me. Shocking!
