ITS A MONTH LATER AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS AND VISITS TO VODACOM I GET TOLD THAT MY PHONE IS DAMAGED AND I NEED TO PAY FOR REPAIRS!! THIS IS SO UNACCEPTABLE FOR A MONTH I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND OUT WHERE MY PHONE IS AND WHEN I CAN EXPECT IT BACK. VODACOM SERVICE!!
I BOOKED MY BLACKBERRY IN FOR REPAIR (SCROLLER FAULTY) AT THE BLUE ROUTE BRANCH AND WAS INFORMED THAT THEY WILL CALL ME BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO LET ME KNOW WHATS HAPPENING, IM STILL WAITING I CONTINUED TO PHONE AND VISIT THE STORE AND GET TOLD EVERYTIME THAT SOMEONE WILL CALL ME BACK. FINALLY I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO THEN FOLLOWED UP AND INFORMED ME TODAY 19/07/2013 THAT MY PHONE IS WATER DAMAGED AND I NEED TO PAY R400 FOR REPAIRS WHICH I REFUSE TO DO. MY SCROLLER WAS FAULTY AND THE PHONE IS NOT EVEN A YEAR OLD. I DID NOT DAMAGE THIS OPHONE AND VODACOM NEEDS TO REPLACE IT AS THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM WITH BLACKBERRY. I DEMAND AN EXPLAINATION FROM THE STORE AS TO WHY I HAD TO WAIT A WHOLE MONTH TO HEAR FROM THEM.
