Poor service and no follow up

I purchased a wifi router (paid cash) yesterday at Vodacom Blue Route Tokai (19/3). Device works but bad reception in my area. I took the trouble to go to the branch first thing in the morning to return the device. I was told by the customer consultant (after two trips to the back office) that he cannot receive the device back because the manager is not in store (why not!!!). I was aked to write down my phone number and name (which was on the form in front of them!) to be called back. I have now been waiting for four hours - no phone call no nothing. So now I need to drive all the way back to the store (on my time and my petrol) to go and get some response from Vodacom! This is worse than home affairs (who has drastically improved). Waiting... let's see how long it takes.
