I have a 1GB contract with MTN. My account payments are all up to date but I have not been receiving my data for the last 2 months - so in effect I have been making donations to the company.
I went into a store/branch, they say they cannot assist me so I should therefore call '808'. When I call 808, I hold for well over 20 minutes!
A company like MTN shouldn't be handling customers this way!
