In 2008 i received a N81 on a R89 a month contract, my contract ran smooth for the first 18 months, i went into mtn vincent park branch to change my date of debit form the 30th of every month to the 15th of every month and to inform the lady at the desk that i will no longer be using the sim card and gave my alternative vodacom work number and for them to start emailing me my monthly statements she assured me everything is in order and i shouldn't be receiving any difficulties. A few months later i received a call from MBD incorporated informing me that i have been handed over as i have not made regular payments on my account, i could not understand so i rushed to mtn spoke to a man named ashley who was very helpfull and saw that i have been in the store to change my dates and put me through to a manager who was not helpful at all apologized for the mismanage on my account and informed me i still have to pay the balance on the account, i have paid mbd and afterwards seeked legal advice and was informed i should not pay on the account as they mismanaged my account i have sent numerous affidavits to mtn and mbd but not one of them has replied
