Im really Disappointed with the bad and uninterested service from MTN. MTN only worries about reaping the profits by debiting us on time EVERY time.
I have been a client of MTN for a while and have never missed a payment making me a loyal client of MTN correct?
I recently upgraded my contract to a S4, i waited 2 weeks for my data after going day after day to ask where is my data.
I then changed my contract on the 21 August 2013 to a TOP up 200.
I spoke to the guy at MTN Webank branch in Fairlands and he confirmed i should receive 150mb data monthly and i also noted it on your website.

Every time I go to the MTN store they say MTN is fixing the problem, this pathetic service from a Continental company.
300mb of data is owed to me to date and i want it ASAP. I will not be going to the store again as i would like this to be sorted with a matter of some urgency.
From day 1 I have being having issue's with data, i do not fail to pay my bill why does MTN fail to deliver.
