New Contract

I have been waiting since the 30th of January to get a business account approved. It says pending and when Cynthia phones they say she should be patient it is in the queue. How long does it take its utterly useless. I am wasting so much money on airtime when I could be using the contract. Cynthia has been great but please help I need this contract, the financial department is so terrible.
