Ad service/lack of communication

Good day Peter, please help I have made an application to borrow from the part of my pension at Std bank to pay for the shortfall on the house i' m buying and I have already been approved by Absa. My first application was 31/10/2012, but everytime I enquire there is stories either they have not received my application or there is some documents I need to fax. I ended up going there myself on 13 march 2013 and I was assisted by Beverley Hobson, who promised to forward all documents to the relevant department. Its been over a month again and there is another story. Here is todays excuse

I am tired of this really
The seller now wants to cancel the deal because she's been waiting too long.
Please help Mr Peter because I really bought a bargain.

Is this what my beloved ones will go through when I die? fax fax all the time i'am starting to worry if std bank is the right company to invest to.
