I am a new user of Mtn previously from Vodacom, I took out a new Mtn contract a few days ago and thought I'd better of with Mtn than Vodacom, but today while trying to purchase a data bundle I get a message saying I have insufficient funds when I do. After a call to customer services I was told that the airtime I pay for on contract is basically useless and can only be used for calls and sms's!! Why should I pay for pre paid airtime when I'm already a contract holder?? I am now stuck with a useless contract and data heavy android device!! Where as Vodacom allows you to use the CONTRACT airtime you pay for on almost any service they offer.
