I handed my phone in at Vodashop Woodlands for repairs, from there it was sent to Hatfield.

1. Woodlands tell me to phone Hatfield - Hatfield tells me the phone is out of warranty (24 Months) which it cant be - because I can only upgrade in June (22 Months). Cynthia doesn't seem to realize this paradox but eventually agrees to fix the phone for free.

2. 3 weeks later - I get a call from Kolonnade Vodashop to come fetch my phone, I inform them that they have to send it to Woodlands, where I handed it in.

3. 3 days later - I phone Vodashop Woodlands to inquire about my phone, they say they don't have it and it also has never been fixed anyway.

4. I'm referred back to Cynthia at Hatfield, who confirms the phone hasn't been fixed after having it for 3 weeks! Apparently I never approved the quote - which I never received - for the job that is supposed to be free...

I'm honestly shocked at the level of service after being a client with Vodacom for decades. For the first time I'm really considering leaving after my contract expires...
