I went into Standard Bank K90 yesterday & to collect a card, I had my miniature Daschund, Brown-Flounder, with me, (I just took him to the vet for a check-up).
When I arrived I noticed that the staff were particularly upbeat & friendly. Firstly, they did not object to me bringing the puppy in with me, (he was on a leash & very controlled), and secondly whilst waiting in the long queue 3 members of staff approached us to ask what we were waiting for & if they could assist in any way.
One member of staff and stood out for me; Cynthia, was just exceptional, she has a great attitude, is friendly, helpful & definitely understands how to deal with clients effectively. Thank you Cynthia, you are an asset to STD Bank.
A trip to the bank is usually associated with long queues, unnecessary paperwork and a "hurry up and get
done" consumer attitude. This visit turned out to be very different from what I had in mind.
